Please read the terms and conditions and tick the box confirming you understand them; then fill out the form and we will contact you back to confirm and arrange payment. The keyholder will meet and greet you on arrival. We will send you details on prior to your departure.

To confirm booking a non refundable deposit of £100 per week will be required within 5 days of booking. Balance due date will be confirmed on email booking confirmation and will be 8 weeks before departure unless departure is less than 8 weeks from booking where balance is to be paid in full. Failure to pay in full at least 8 weeks prior to departure will result in loss of booking and deposit. There will be no reminder.

We require a security deposit of £100 payable with final payment for holiday, which will be refunded within 14 days in full in the event that no breakages, damages, missing items or extra cleaning have been identified at the conclusion of the let.

If at the end of your stay the laundry cleaning fee has not been paid then €50 will be deducted at current excange rate. This charge is for our agent to meet and greet you, also collect the keys and clean the laundry at the end for the next guests; any cleaning or other problems please bring it up with her she will try to sort it out.

There is a washing machine and mop/bucket for any accidental spills or to clean the floor as somtimes it can get dirty due to sand and wind being brought in and out by people. Before you go home please clean out all rubbish from cupboards/fridge and take to big bins outside the complex.

Extra cleaning can be paid for locally if required.

CANCELLATIONS

We must be notified of cancellations within 8 weeks of departure of holiday and payment minus deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is 4 - 8 weeks before departure there will be a 75% loss of total cost.

If cancellation is 4 weeks or under then there will be 100% of booking kept - no refund.

There is a NO SMOKING policy in the house but smoking is permitted on the front terrace. We regret we are unable to accept bookings from groups of people under the age of 25.

If any keys are lost there will be a £50 replacement charge.

Please make sure you have your own insurance policy as we will not be liable for loss of your property or injury to anyone during your stay.

Please be aware this is a residential and family complex and people live either side of our premises. Please respect their peace and quiet and keep noise to a minimum. Any complaints of excessive noise or unruly behaviour will result in your eviction from the complex with no refund.

The letting commences at 5pm on the first day of your holiday and ends at 11am on the day of departure. You must vacate the property by 11am of final day but we can overrun if no one else is coming to stay that day. Please ask on booking.

The number of people staying in the house must not exceed 6 as stated in the property details.

The hirers must allow owners and their agents reasonable access to the property.

The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents. At the commencement of any let the property has itinerary taken. At the conclusion the same process takes place, please identify any damage or breakages to our site agent to enable them to replace these items for future letting or please replace any breakages yourself.

Loss of keys will result in a £150 fee for new keys and lock replacement.

We are not responsible for things beyond our control; ie tv/phone reception, power/water cuts, the sun not shining, the sea not being blue etc etc

We reserve the right to upgrade the site information without prior notice

We reserve the right to contact the hirer directly if we feel excessive damage or breakages have taken place.
