Patio doors lead on to an enclosed terrace with washing machine and garden furniture. There is also a downstairs toilet and all rooms in the villa are fitted with hot/cold air conditioning.

Upstairs you will find a bathroom with shower/bath and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and built in wardrobeswhilst the master bedroom has a double bed with furniture. Patio doors lead you from the master bedroom onto an outside terrace which has fantastic views across the pool and gardens; here you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a days golf or lying on one of the blue flag beaches. You will then be ready for you next day in the healthy air and 320 days of sunshine which the Costa Blanca enjoys.
